By accessing and using EasyOneClickAds, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

EasyOneClickAds provides a SaaS platform that enables UK local businesses to create, manage, and optimise Facebook advertising campaigns.

3. Subscription and Payment

EasyOneClickAds operates on a monthly subscription basis. You will be billed at the start of each billing period. All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT where applicable.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to create ads that are misleading, illegal, or violate Meta's advertising policies. EasyOneClickAds reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

EasyOneClickAds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
